Refund policy

If the purchased product is not suitable, the buyer has the right to exchange or return it within 30 days from the date of receipt.
The exchange of goods is carried out by the seller in the Gulliver store. The buyer can exchange the product for the same product of a different size (if available in stock) or another product. If there is a difference in price when exchanging goods, the buyer and seller pay each other as agreed in cash, or by card, or by transfer to a bank account.
Return of goods is made in one of the following ways:
- Free in the Gulliver store
- Sending the goods by postal parcel to the Gulliver store by the buyer. The parcel is sent exclusively at the expense of the buyer.

When returning an item, the buyer must properly pack the item to avoid damage during shipment. The seller is not responsible for any damage to the goods, as well as its loss, caused during the shipping process when returning the goods.
The buyer can exchange or return the product only if the product:
- not used
- appearance and consumer characteristics are preserved
- original packaging and labeling are preserved. Labels must not be damaged and must be attached to the product in the original way.
To return an item, the Buyer must complete the Return Form received upon delivery of the item and include it, along with proof of purchase, in the packaging when returning the item.
The funds are returned to the buyer to his bank account specified in the Return Form within 10 business days from the moment the Gulliver store confirms the return of the goods by email.
